A family owned and operated hospice since 2006, the Francisco’s offer over 60 years of medical and nursing experience. Sebastian Hospice Care was started by Minda Bowman and her brothers and sisters.
Our Family Story
When Mauro, the patriarch of the Francisco family, fell ill and passed in 1985, our family was left to face a number of difficult decisions. We were not aware of the services available to us to help ease the situation. Eventually, we were able to overcome it, and so can you. It is our priority to ensure that your family’s hardest times are not faced alone. Turn to us for quality professional care and support in your time of need.
Our Mission Statement
Sebastian Hospice Care’s mission is to provide the terminally ill patient and their loved ones with the support and care they require to live their lives comfortably. Our Hospice Team strives to enable the patient and family to maintain dignity and quality of life. Our goal is to achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. We strive to empower the patient and family by providing them with the tools, information, and support for family and friends for as long as needed. We believe that Hospice Care should be available to any and all persons with an illness for which there is no cure and for persons who elect not to attempt a cure, resulting in a limited life expectancy.
